HOW CAN QUERY THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order and paid we shall process your order and contact the courier for delivery. When we receive the tracking number we will update your order with tracking details.

We have partnered up with parcelspot.com. The couriers partnered by parcelspot.com are Globe Flight, Worldnet Logistics, DSV, CourierIT.
How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?
If we have the item in stock and your order is confirmed, it will take approximately 3 to 5 working days, dependant on delivery option chosen when purchasing.
Can a refund be requested on any product that was purchased?
Yes, as long it is unused and in original packaging we will gladly do a refund or replacement. We cannot exchange or refund a product that has been used or opened
